Fildena 25 is used to treat issues with male erotic function. When combined with sexual stimulation, sildenafil helps a man get and maintain an erection by boosting blood flow to the penis. Before beginning to use sildenafil and each time you receive a refill, read the Patient Information Leaflet, if one is available from your pharmacist. Take sildenafil ideally half an hour before sexual activity, but no more than four hours beforehand. Never take more than once every day. Eating a large meal may cause the medication to take longer to start working. The medication should be kept at room temperature in a closed container out of direct sunlight, heat, and moisture. Prevent freezing.
