Is it better to hire CV specialists instead of writing by my ownself?

I want to ask about CV specialists and how do they write CV differently? I am trying to write my CV my self but I am not getting 100% ATS friendliness which is why I am thinking to ask an experienced writer to help me but before doing that I am trying to find more reviews before hiring someone as how differently can a CV writer help me .
