Brief Background of Non-IgG BsAb
12 months ago by Catalina Garcia
BsAb is a category of special antibody that can simultaneously react with two different targets (including antigens, epitopes, ligands, receptors, and cells). BsAbs can be designed and produced in many structures and formats (see in Fig.1), such as bispecific single-domain antibody, bispecific diabody, bispecific Fab domain, etc., which are generally divided into two classes: IgG-like (structure containing an Fc region) and non-IgG-like (structures lacking an Fc region).
