I’ve recently heard about employee leasing in the UK and it seems like a really interesting solution for companies looking to grow without handling all the employment logistics themselves. From what I gather, it could help with compliance and payroll, but I’m not sure how it compares to hiring staff directly, especially when it comes to costs and legal responsibilities. Has anyone here used employee leasing before? What were the biggest pros and cons you noticed?
