We’re prepping to outsource some API work for an internal tool, and I’m trying to figure out how to spot a solid provider. Last time we outsourced, we ran into issues like poor documentation and random changes that weren’t communicated well. It worked, but maintenance was a nightmare. Any advice on what green flags to look for early on?
