Running a node: Hardware specs and managing long dev hours?
Hey everyone, I am currently reading through the guides to set up a node and start building on the TrustNote network. The documentation is really helpful, but I had a quick question about the ideal hardware specs for running a node long-term. Is there a recommended baseline for RAM and storage to keep everything running smoothly?
Also, on a more personal note, since I spend a lot of time coding and monitoring networks, I am trying to optimize my physical "hardware" setup too. I work at a standing desk, and standing on hard floors all day usually takes a massive toll on my lower back and heels.
I recently upgraded my daily footwear with Fpinsoles in canada, and the shock absorption has been incredible for keeping my posture aligned and reducing joint fatigue during long development sprints.
Do any other devs here use a standing desk while working on blockchain projects? Would love to hear about your workspace setups (and any tips for the node configuration!).
