Is there an official way to help users obtain their Constancia de Situación Fiscal online?

I’m trying to better understand how the process works for obtaining a Constancia de Situación Fiscal online in Mexico.

I came across different methods on the SAT portal, but I’m not sure if there is any official API or technical solution that allows this process to be integrated into a website or digital platform.
