How do you handle faces and license plates in public footage?

Working on a project that involves video captured in public spaces — trying to figure out the best workflow for anonymizing faces and plates before sharing. Manual editing frame by frame is too slow for longer clips. Has anyone found a reliable automated approach? I've been testing a few tools and BlurMe seems to handle it well but curious what others use.
