I'm planning to purchase my first apartment in the NCR region within the next few months, and I'm trying to understand the complete buying process before making any decision.

There are so many things to verify, such as legal documents, builder reputation, registration, home loan eligibility, maintenance charges, and future development of the area. Because of this, I'm finding it difficult to decide what deserves the most attention.

For those who have already purchased a home, what would you recommend checking before paying the booking amount?
